installation and training programme. The training
programme can be customised to
suit your specific requirement
and will cover all the relevant
options in the software. Once
the training is complete we will
help the hotel to ‘go live’ with
the software.
On-site training programme for
hotels purchasing roomMaster
2000 is anything between 2 days
and a week – this depends on the
size of your hotel, the number
of users to be trained on the
software and the modules that
you have purchased.
On Site training is charged at
£450 (Price
in Euro)
per day or £ 1,350 (Price
in Euro)
for 3 days. Expenses and VAT are not
included.
We also offer refresher training
programmes for existing
customers. Refresher training
programmes are typically for a
day or two at most.
Refresher training programmes
are charged at £400 per day (Price
in Euro).
Expenses and VAT are not included.
Offsite/ Group Training :
Hands-on training is conducted
in our offices in Ware,
Hertfordshire. Topics include
basic system configuration,
reservations, front desk,
housekeeping, sales ledger,
accounting and management
reporting.
Group Training at our offices
costs £695 (Price
in Euro)
per person and is conducted over
a period of 3 days.
