2000 for over 6 years now. The
package has been extremely
stable, trouble free and my
staff have found it every easy
to use. We are an extremely busy

absolutely no hesitation in

roomMaster 2000 has proved to be a
very competent package for the
hotel. What we really like about
it is that is offers an
integrated solution at a very
reasonable price – We replaced
our existing PMS, Point of Sale,
Interfaces - for the amount of
money we were paying our
existing vendor in support costs
alone!!. We will be certainly
going in for the on-line
bookings soon.

We met InnQuest U.K. at a trade show
several years ago. The product
did not appear to be large and
overly complicated and seemed to
have just what we required. The
prices were displayed on their
website and the product did what
it said it would on the box and
that’s not what you can say for
a lot of other products out
there. I’m happy we are with are
