One Way Interfaces to Telephones, Call Accounting Systems etc
The EPI module allows you to interface roomMaster 2000 with your telephone, call accounting, movie system or any other external system to post charges directly to the guest folio. This is a 1 way interface. With EPI, data is read from a serial interface, IP address or a network file and posted into roomMaster 2000. EPI can also price phone calls in place of your existing call accounting equipment.
Two Way Interfaces with Phones, Call Accounting, Point of Sale, Movie Systems etc
The bi-directional add-on module of EPI is required for extended phone, point-of-sale, voicemail and movie interfaces.
Accounting System Interfaces / Importing & Exporting of Data
roomMaster 2000 will interface your hotels data to the Nominal Ledger of Sage Line 50, Sage Line 100, Quickbooks, Accpac, or Peachtree Accounting. The Import/Export Wizard also allows you to export some roomMaster 2000 information into a CSV/XLS format
Point of Sale
iQ-Point of Sale is a superb POS system complete with stock control and a built in posting interface into roomMaster 2000 . iQ-POS is also designed to work well in a touch-screen environment. It has features such as split billing, remote printing of orders to the kitchen, fairly tight user security. Sales can be tracked per user and per terminal. The daily revenue from iQ-POS will automatically update the sales in roomMaster 2000.
Interfaces to Keylocks
The iQ Keylocks module will let roomMaster 2000 will communicate with the keylock system and automatically create room keys during the check-in process. Compatible with Onity/TESA HT-22 or higher with PMS interface and with Vingcard 2100 Plus/Vision Systems with PMS interface.
GDS Interface
iQ-Worldlink module provides the link between roomMaster 2000 and your GDS system. This module enables roomMaster 2000 to import reservations directly from your GDS and upload rates and availability. This GDS interface is available with SynXis and WorldRes.com. This module is only available in conjunction with the Enterprise Edition of roomMaster 2000.
Real Time Internet Bookings
roomMaster.net is a commission free internet reservation system that fully integrates with roomMaster 2000 at the front desk. The module also allows travel agents, corporate accounts to make reservations directly into roomMaster 2000. It eliminates all manual staff intervention until the guest arrives at the hotel.
Onsite Installation , Setup and Training
We will conduct on-site training to suit your needs. An experienced trainer will come on-site, setup the software based on your hotels needs, train the staff and the management either on a one to one basis or in small groups.
£ 1,200 for a 4 day period. (expenses not included)
In-House Training
Conducted periodically at our offices in Ware, Hertfordshire. Attendees will be shown on setting up the system and taken through the entire system in detail. Operational usage and management reporting will also be covered.
£ 400 per person for a 2 day session.
