Better VAT handling : VAT postings are now rolled up folios. Charges on guest folios can also be summarised by the type of VAT.

Automatic software updates via our website, similar to Microsoft Windows Update. These updates will help clients keep their roomMaster 2000 software current and take advantage of new features.
 

Enhanced maintenance features include the automatic creation of a maintenance item when rooms are placed out of order, and a mobile phone text message (SMS) is sent to the appropriate maintenance person when a new maintenance item is created.
 

New and improved reports are available in Version 11. Existing reports have been optimised for speed and have additional key information included, and there are several new reports which clients should find very useful.
