Instead of hand-posting daily
revenue and payment entries into
the Nominal/General Ledger of
your accounting system, have the
Import/Export Wizard do it for
you. Transaction data can
exported without any user
intervention as a part of the
end of day and imported into
your accounting system at your
convenience.
Deposits that are received are
also sent from roomMaster 2000
to your accounting system. Your
hotel ledgers (deposit, guest,
sales) will balance between
roomMaster 2000 and your
accounting system every day. The
entire interface procedure takes
under a minute!
In addition to exporting
accounting information, the
import/export wizard can also
import/export data pertaining to
guest profiles, sales and
marketing, accounting,
reservation details, group
sales, day end close reports and
much more.
